This Privacy Policy explains how GlobalXchange Tech Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operating the games brand globalxtl, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you use our mobile games, websites and related services (together, the "Services").

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact details you provide when you submit a prototype, ask for support or apply for a role — typically name, email address, company and country.
- Any content you send us, including build links, documents and messages.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system and version, language, approximate region derived from IP address, screen characteristics and app version.
- Gameplay and usage data: session counts, level progress, feature usage, crash and performance diagnostics.
- Identifiers: a randomly generated player ID, plus advertising identifiers where permitted by your device settings and local law.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Purchase confirmation data from the app stores, so we can validate in-app purchases.
- Aggregated install and campaign attribution data from advertising and measurement partners.
We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation, contacts, photos or microphone data. Our games do not require account registration to be played.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the Services, including game balance and bug fixing.
- To measure performance: retention, engagement, monetization and marketing efficiency.
- To serve advertising, including contextual and, where permitted, interest-based advertising.
- To validate purchases and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse.
- To respond to your enquiries, submissions and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Where required, we rely on your consent; otherwise we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a games business, or legal obligation.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers — advertising networks, mediation partners, analytics and attribution providers, cloud hosting and crash-reporting vendors, all bound by contract to use data only for our instructions.
- App stores and payment processors — to complete and verify purchases.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
- Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Advertising and your choices
Our games are supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases. You can limit ad personalisation at any time:
- iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
- Android — Settings → Privacy → Ads, then delete or reset your advertising ID.
- In-game — where available, use the privacy settings or consent manager inside the game.
You may still see advertising after opting out; it will simply be less relevant to you.
6. Children's privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, which may be up to 16).
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age.
- Where age screening indicates a younger user, we serve contextual advertising only and disable behavioural targeting and interest-based profiling for that user.
- We do not permit advertising partners to build behavioural profiles of users identified as children.
- If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact xzeng578@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including profiling for advertising.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Request portability of information you provided to us.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have equivalent rights, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law. We do not sell personal information for monetary value.
8. Data deletion requests
To request deletion of your data, email xzeng578@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and include:
- The game title or website concerned.
- Your in-game player ID, if you can see it in the settings menu.
- Any email address associated with a support conversation or purchase.
We verify the request, then delete or irreversibly anonymise the data within 30 days, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax or fraud-prevention obligations. We will confirm completion by email.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Support and submission records are typically retained for 24 months; purchase records are retained as required by tax and accounting law; aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely in a form that does not identify you.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, environment separation and regular dependency review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
We operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-game, on this page, or by email where appropriate, together with a revised effective date.
